May Martin is a reknowned sewing instructor for the Women's Institute. She co-judges The Great British Sewing Bee with Patrick Grant where she specialises in women's garments and other techniques which aren't found commonly on Saville Row.
She has been sewing for over 40 years and began teaching in secondary schools after training at St Osyth's College.
Since the Bee, May's classes have had to start waiting lists.
